How do I take care of my silk scalf?
Hand wash cold, iron hot while damp. DO NOT WRING.
What are the scalves made of?
100% Silk Habotai.
Wall hangings are mounted on 100% cotton burlap or faux suede.
Do you take commisions?
Yes!
Commissions require 50% – 100% upfront payment, or balance 50% payment upon completion.
When will my new scalf arrive?
I use USPS 2-Day priority shipping, which includes insurance… $6.25
If it is a commission, or to be made from scratch, please allow 2-6 weeks.
What is your return policy?
You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
